refunds, and cancellations. By making any payment to the institution, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Fee Refund Policy
All fees paid to the college are non-refundable under normal circumstances.
No refund will be provided once admission is confirmed.
Fees paid for registration, admission, or tuition are non-transferable.
2. Exceptional Refund Cases
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
Duplicate payment made due to technical error
Excess amount paid by mistake
Transaction failure where amount is deducted but not credited
In such cases, the refundable amount will be processed after verification and may take
7–10 working days.
3. Cancellation Policy
Admission once confirmed cannot be cancelled for refund purposes.
Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing to the college administration.
Cancellation does not guarantee any refund.
4. Return Policy
Since the college provides educational services, there are no physical goods involved.
Therefore, no return policy is applicable.
5. Payment Issues
If your payment fails but the amount is deducted, please contact your bank first.
If the issue persists, contact the college with transaction details.
6. Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
The college is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.
